We do our best to display product specifications, colors, and dimensions accurately. Colors may vary between monitors. If a product you receive differs materially from what is described, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right under our return policy.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the charge in full within 5 business days.
The UPSTEP Walking Pad is a consumer fitness product. It is not a medical device. Before starting any exercise program, including use of a walking pad, consult your physician, especially if you have any cardiovascular, orthopedic, or other health conditions. Use of the walking pad is at your own risk. Follow all safety instructions in the user manual.
