We ship every UPSTEP Walking Pad from our fulfillment partner in Los Angeles, California. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT ship the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or email hello@upstep.example.
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). UPSTEP is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, customs holds, or incorrect addresses supplied at checkout. If a delivery is more than 7 business days late, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building managers first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the box and contents before unpacking further and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no charge.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. Packages returned to sender because of an incorrect address will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost.
